Tires By Web Return Policy:
Tires By Web will accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery. You must call Tires By Web Customer Service at 800-576-1009 (ext. 772) for Return Approval and a Return Authorization Number.
All merchandise must be new
1) Tires must not be driven on
2) Wheels must not have been mounted
You must call for return approval and a return authorization number. This number must be written on the Package/Label along with the name the merchandise was purchased under. All merchandise must be properly packaged. Make sure merchandise is fully insured for the proper value.
Each tire must be labeled with the Tires By Web address as well as your own address. Insure each package for proper value. Securely attach the packing slip with the Return Authorization Number.
The wheels must be repackaged in the same fashion as when they were originally received. Secure center cap and lug nuts/bolts in separate bags and tape securely to inside of wheel. Wheel must be secured and well protected in the box. Insure each package for proper value. Securely attach the packing slip with the Return Authorization Number.
Wheel and Tire Packages:
The tire/wheel packages must be repackaged in the same fashion as when they were originally received. Insure each package for proper value. Securely attach the packing slip with the Return Authorization Number.
Return for Refund Calculations:
•Tires: Credit less 20% Restocking Fee and customer pays freight back to appropriate warehouse. Tires must not be driven on.
•Wheels: Credit less 20% Restocking Fee and customer pays freight back to appropriate warehouse. Wheels must not have been mounted on vehicle. Please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
•Wheel & Tire Packages: Credit less 25% Restocking Fee, all freight charges incurred, including shipping both ways, and $80.00 labor charge for dismounting package. Tires/Wheels must not have been mounted on vehicle.
•Special order items are non-refundable.
Full credit will be issued if any of the following conditions are met:
Wrong merchandise is received, except if customer is at fault.
Merchandise is damaged in shipping.
Merchandise is defective.
Merchandise does not properly fit your vehicle, and fitment was approved by Tires By Web.
Credit will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was other than a credit card, we will issue a refund check to the billing address on file.
Shipping and Damage Claims:
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receiving. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact Tires By Web Customer Service at 800-576-1009 (ext. 772) within 5 days for a return and reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged using original materials for inspection by the freight company.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to help should a warranty problem arise. Beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitment for any particular purpose.
